1. It is stated that the police has not been able to make any progress so far in the investigation, inspite of efforts, hence we are not interfering with the impugned order passed by the High court. Consequently the special leave petition stands disposed of.
2. Let CBI to investigate the matter now. However, we make it clear that this order is passed in the peculiar facts of the case, considering the fact that it is a case of double murder which should not go untraced.
3. Pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
