1. The parties are present before us today. Since the disputes are between the family members, on a suggestion given by the Court, the learned counsel on both sides submit that they are willing to settle the entire disputes through Mediation.
2. We requested Mr. Nagamuthu, learned senior counsel, to mediate between the parties, to which he has graciously accepted.
3. The parties may ascertain the time and convenience of the learned mediator.
