Order
1. In this application, the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association has prayed for allowing the applicant Association to conduct the Tamil Nadu Premier League, as scheduled from 11.7.2018 to 12.8.2018.
2. Having heard Mr. Ranjit Kumar, learned senior counsel alongwith Ms. Madhavi Divan, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. Parag Tripathi and Mr. Chander Uday Singh, learned senior counsel for the Committee of Administrators (CoA), it is directed that the Tamil Nadu Premier League can continue with the players, who are registered with the Tamil Nadu Cricket Association. The advisory given by the Committee of Administrators (CoA) vide an email dated 5.7.2018 (Annexure A-7 to the application) shall be scrupulously followed by the Association. Mr. Parag Tripathi, learned senior counsel states that subject to the above compliance, the Committee of Administrators (CoA) grants its permission for the tournament.
3. If outside players are there, they shall be allowed to play, subject to the above permission granted by the Committee of Administrators (CoA).
4. With the aforesaid directions, I.A. No. 91439/2018 stands disposed of.
