Order
1. The various directions issued by this Court on the previous date have not been complied with. It was submitted by Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, learned counsel that for compliance of those directions, time remains upto 23rd of this month. Let the order be complied with by 25.8.2018. The requested information be furnished, including the details of the property held in the individual name of the Directors be also furnished by that date.
2. With respect to electricity dues, it is ordered that since substantial amount has been collected by Amrapali Group and since meters are prepaid, all the existing arrears before the month of August, 2018 shall be paid by the Amrapali Group before the due date. In case, the arrears are not deposited, the penal consequences of non-compliance of the order passed by this Court shall follow.
3. Let electricity connection be not disconnected without permission of this Court.
4. Let reply to the affidavit on behalf of Anil Kumar Sharma with respect to the sale of the property be also filed by 28.8.2018. List on 4.9.2018 as 1st item at 2.00 p.m.
