The Order of the court was delivered by
Order
1. Mr. Chander Wadhwa is directed to explain the outflow in his accounts right from March, 2018 till date.
2. M/s. J. P. Morgan shall file reply as to the investment and the way they have taken out the money, with supporting documents.
3. The Forensic Auditors are permitted to look into the details of inflow and outflow of other ancillary companies also, for which they will submit their modalities.
4. Mr. Alok Rastogi, Executive Director of NBCC, is present in Court today. He is directed to remain personally present on the next date of hearing. NBCC is permitted to file the DPR (Detailed Project Report) for Category B & C Projects and a copy of the same shall be furnished to NOIDA and Greater Noida.
5. As directed, the learned counsel has handed over the copies of IA Nos. 6281-82/2019 and 6285-86/2019 to the learned counsel appearing for Amrapali Group in Court.
6. It is reported by the Forensic Auditors that there are two orders dated 09.10.20181 and 20.11.20182 for payment of fees, but the orders have not been fully complied with since they have received Rs. 20 Lakhs each, instead of Rs. 40 Lakhs each as directed by this Court. Let the remaining amount be remitted to the Forensic Auditors forthwith.
