Order
1. List these matters on 9.5.2018 on top of the Board.
2. In the meanwhile, reply to the proposal by the promoters be filed. Let the Noida Authority and Greater Noida Authority specify their dues without prejudice, in terms of the order1 passed by the High Court. Let the promoters also report to this Court as to the buildings which are already occupied/inhabited and where elevators are not functioning, let them be made functional by Monday evening. An affidavit in this regard be filed before this Court. Non compliance of the directions shall be viewed seriously by this Court.
3. It was also stated that fire fighting system, electrical infrastructure and fire safety works which should have been made functional, as directed by this court vide order dated 31.1.20182, have not been made functional so far. In this regard also report be submitted by promoters. Inspection Report be also filed by the concerned Authority.
4. It is stated by Shri Gaurav Bhatia, learned counsel that they are not going to alienate till next date. Statement is placed on record.
5. All applications for impleadment are allowed to the extent of intervention and fresh petitions already filed also to be treated as interventions. All such fresh petitions are to be tagged with the main petition to be treated as intervention applications in the matter.
