Bharti Axa General Insurance Co. Ltd. v. Banna Ram & Ors.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, we are only inclined to modify the impugned order to the extent that the amount, as directed by the tribunal, be deposited and disbursed in favour of the claimants, subject to result of the appeal pending before the High Court.
