1. By an order dated 14.05.2018, in a similar matter, this Court held as follows:—
“Heard learned counsel for the parties.
We make it clear that except the issue of consequential seniority dealt with in the judgment of this Court in Civil Appeal No. 2368 of 2011 etc. – B.K. Pavitra v. Union of India, there is no bar to any other issue being gone into in accordance with law.
It will be open to move the Tribunal in this regard.
The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, disposed of.”
2. We follow the aforesaid order and only add that it will also be open to the Tribunal to grant interim relief, after hearing both sides, on issues that arise in the writ petition except the issue of consequential seniority decided in Pavitra’s case (supra)
3. The Special Leave Petitions are disposed of accordingly.
4. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
