1. We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court at this stage. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
2. However, it has been rightly pointed out by the learned senior counsel appearing for petitioners that implementation of the impugned Notification has since been deferred till 1st September, 2018.
3. If that be so, then we request the High Court to ensure expeditious disposal of a stay application filed by the petitioners, preferably before 1st September, 2018 in accordance with.
4. We however make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy.
5. Liberty is however granted to the petitioners to move before the High Court for appropriate orders in the matter.
6. Pending application also stands disposed of.
