The Order of the court was delivered by
Order
1. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and in the peculiar facts of the present case, we are of the considered opinion that it would be appropriate that all proceedings pending between the parties are proceeded together before this Court so that holistic approach can be adopted to readdress the grievances of both the sides.
2. Accordingly, we direct that the three writ petitions being Nos. 3543 of 2012, 14092 of 2018, 8059 of 2019 and one writ appeal being No. 228 of 2014 pending before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh at Jabalpur be withdrawn to this Court and heard alongwith the present Special Leave Petition analogously.
3. Relevant records of the aforementioned proceedings be transferred to this court within two weeks from today and to be placed as transferred case alongwith the present Special Leave Petition for further consideration.
4. In the meantime, it will open to the parties to explore the possibility of settlement, including in terms of onetime settlement scheme formulated by the petitioner-Bank dated 13.11.2018.
5. List the matter on 17.12.2019.
