Looking at the facts of the case we are of the view that the writ petitions, i.e., Civil Writ Nos. 14176, 20799, 13476, 16694 of 2012, pending in the High Court of Rajasthan should be decided finally at an early date, preferably within three months from the date of intimation of this order to the High Court.

1. Looking at the facts of the case we are of the view that the writ petitions, i.e., Civil Writ Nos. 14176, 20799, 13476, 16694 of 2012, pending in the High Court of Rajasthan should be decided finally at an early date, preferably within three months from the date of intimation of this order to the High Court.

2. Parties to the litigation shall appear before the High Court on 30th September, 2016, so that the date for final hearing can be fixed by the High Court on that day.

3. The contempt petitions to be notified for hearing in the 1st week of January, 2017.
