1. We have heard Mr. Shekhar Naphade, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. Issue notice.
3. Until further orders from this Court, there shall be stay of the impugned judgment Aviation Travels (P) Ltd. v. Bhavesha Suresh Goradia1 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the decreetal amount before the High Court within a period of two weeks from today failing which the interim stay granted by this Court will stand vacated automatically. The amount so deposited shall be invested in a fixed deposit in a nationalised bank for a period of three months with automatic renewal so that it may enure to the benefit of the successful party.
4. Post the matter on Monday, the 11th March, 2019.
