1. There is a delay of 322 days in filing and 149 days in re-filing the Special Leave Petition.
2. Delay in re-filing the Special Leave Petition is condoned.
3. Nevertheless, we have heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) on merits. We do not find any merit in the petition. The delay is also exorbitant. Hence, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed both on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
