2. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
3. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed.
4. However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail remedies under law and as directed by the High Court.
5. Any observation made by the High Court does not come in the way of the petitioners for pursuing their remedies.
6. Pending application filed in the matter is also disposed of.
