1. Four weeks’ time is granted to the learned counsel for the respondents to file counter affidavit.
2. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
3. List the matter after six weeks.

4. Having regard to the fact that the applicant/appellant has undergone more than 23 years of imprisonment, and parole for 20 days is asked on the ground that the mother of the applicant/appellant has passed away.
5. The applicant/appellant shall be released on parole for the period of 21 days from the receipt of this order. However, he shall report to the Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station on every third day.
6. The miscellaneous application is disposed of accordingly.
