1. Issue notice.


 


2. As Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi and Mr. Sidharth Luthra, learned senior counsel, along with Ms. Ruby Bhatia, learned counsel have entered appearance on behalf of the Respondent 2, no further notice need be issued.


 


3. Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks hence. Rejoinder affidavit, if any be filed within two weeks therefrom. It is hereby made clear that the time frame mentioned herein-above shall not be changed under any circumstances. Let the matter be tagged with Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 184 of 2014 and other connected matters and be listed on 8th July, 2015.


 


4. There shall be stay of further proceedings in Criminal Complaint No. 874 of 2012, now renumbered as Criminal Complaint No. 81 of 2013, pending before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardooma Court, Delhi and Criminal Complaint No. 201/1 of 2013, pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Court, New Delhi.
