1. It is submitted by Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that the Association has amended its Constitution in accordance with the National Sports Development Code of India, 2011 (for short ‘the Code’). To verify the said submission, we would like Mr. Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General to scrutinize and also the Code and file a reply of the competent authority on behalf of the Union of India, within ten days hence.
