1. Delay condoned.
2. The transfer petition was filed by the petitioner seeking transfer of HMA No. 487 of 2015 titled as “Navin Chauhan v. Anjali Brahmawar Chauhan” pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family court, District Gautambudh Nagar, U.P. to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Saket District Court, Delhi.
3. By an order dated 22.03.20171, we declined the request for transfer. We also directed that trial to be conducted at Gautambudh Nagar through video conferencing.
4. It is brought to our notice that there is no video conferencing facility at Gautambudh Nagar. The petitioner also referred to a judgment of this Court dated 09.10.2017 in Santhini v. Vijaya Venketesh2 in which it was held that video conferencing is not permissible in matrimonial matters.
5. In the circumstances, issue notice on the Review Petition. To be listed before Court.
