1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court and grant any relief to the petitioner in this matter.
3. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
4. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Trial Court and on such surrender, if he moves an application for bail, the trial court is directed to consider the same expeditiously on merits.
