5. A Petition under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been admitted by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai on 06.12.2017. Since that date, by way of a Memorandum of Settlement dated 12.02.2018, the parties have settled the disputes between themselves.
6. A copy of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 12.02.2018 executed between the parties is made part of the record of this Court, and by using our powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India, we set aside the impugned orders passed by the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai.
7. Accordingly, the appeals are allowed.
8. Pending applications filed in the matters also stand disposed of.
