Order

1. As per the office report dated 14.07.2020, respondent No. 7 has refused to accept service.

2. In that case, it must be treated as deemed to be served and matter proceeded ex-parte against Respondent No. 7, if he does not wish to appear on future dates.

3. The office report also indicates that the respondent No. 8 has been duly served through speed post and through WhatsApp. That can also be treated as good service and matter be proceeded against respondent No. 8 ex-parte, if he fails to appear on future dates.

4. Rest of the respondents are represented by advocates in this proceeding.

5. As prayed, one week’s time is granted to the learned counsel for the respondents to file affidavits/further affidavits, and thereafter, one week’s time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit, if any.

6. List the matter on 05.08.2020.

7. Ad-interim relief to continue till then.

8. It is made clear that the matter may proceed for final disposal on the next date.
