1. Status report dated 26.11.2019 has been placed on record.
2. It has been asserted that the allegations made by the petitioner in her I.A. No. 162386/2019 were not correct. According to the status report, the location of the incident was at Gurudwara Chowk, Kotla Mubarkpur, New Delhi and the time of the incident was around 8.50 P.M. approximately; the CCTV footage shows that the petitioner was not hit by any car as alleged but there was a thela (mounted on a tricycle) which had grazed the petitioner. The pictures have also been placed on record.
3. In the circumstances, we direct the petitioner and her counsel to remain present in the chambers of the learned ASG at 4.15 P.M. so that the CCTV footages are shown to them.
